Our people are at the heart of everything we do

Together with our people, we have created the MAPS operating framework, built on five strategic themes with the central aim of responding to customer needs in the best possible way and creating success for them.

Our key values include a fair and equal working community, supporting working capacity, and continuously improving working conditions. Our people’s professional skills and their development, job satisfaction and responsible leadership create an environment that allows us to operate efficiently and offer our customers high-quality products and solutions.

Our occupational safety culture is at a high level and is continuously being developed. Our daily goal is for every one of us to go home from work just as healthy as when we arrived, and in good spirits. We want to identify issues related to working capacity as early as possible and take effective, preventive action.

Customers and partners

Building partnerships with our customers, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders is important to us. We want to put our expertise in responsible design and product development, as well as efficient manufacturing, at our customers’ service.

The well-being of our own region matters to us. Every year, we support talented young people in our area by acting as a scholarship donor for POKE, the regional vocational college, and by sponsoring local young athletes and teams.

We also support charitable and relief organisations in our region by taking part in various campaigns and by working together with, among others, the local parish. The well-being of children, young people and families is especially important to us. 

Environmental responsibility

Sustainable practices reduce our environmental impact

We have chosen efficient energy solutions for our everyday operations when it comes to machine investments, heat recovery and material selection. For our part, we want to help reduce the chemical load on the environment by making choices that are as environmentally friendly as possible and by recycling waste correctly.

Monitoring and reducing our carbon footprint guides our decisions in an environmentally friendly direction. We hold a certified ISO 9001 quality management system, and an ISO 14001 environmental certification is currently underway.

We are proud to manufacture environmentally friendly solutions and products for our customers. Our own ventilation products have also been awarded the Key Flag (Avainlippu) symbol, indicating Finnish origin.

Economic responsibility

Ensuring financial sustainability is at the core of our entire business. Risk management and reliable partners are of paramount importance. For our part, we want to be a reliable partner to our collaborators and stakeholders.
