We develop our operations by listening to our customers and their needs. We systematically collect customer feedback and use that information to improve our operations.

Company management has created the conditions for quality by appointing responsible persons and allocating the resources needed to maintain our business operations and management systems.

Every employee is responsible, in a self-directed way, for the quality of their own work and for ensuring that a defective product or piece of work does not move on to the next stage. We handle internal and external quality deviations efficiently and with respect for one another. We continuously learn together from any mistakes.

We set our quality goals every year. We communicate these goals to our staff in a clear and understandable way. Together we succeed.

We make sure that our partners are also committed to developing their own operations. When needed, we support them through process workshops, training and supplier audits.

Environment, working community and occupational safety

We respect the environment and act responsibly. We take care of waste management and aim to reduce our own environmental impact. We carry out EPD calculations for our products, giving our customers reliable information.

We set environmental targets every 2 years. We involve our entire staff in developing these environmental targets.

We emphasise the importance of community within our workplace. We genuinely listen to our employees.

We continuously develop our occupational health and safety activities. We measure the effectiveness of our actions.

Laws, regulations and standards

We are committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the requirements of the ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), EN 1090 (load-bearing steel structures) and 7231-01 (load-carrying metal components) standards.
